Maxim Lighting and ET2 Lighting will donate a portion of online lighting sales from February 15 to March 15 to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. The donation will be made on March 19, with proceeds split evenly between the Red Cross and UNICEF to help with relief efforts in that country.
"We feel that we should do our part to help the people of Haiti through this horrendous time," said Ryan Bursky, national sales manager for Maxim Group Companies. "By purchasing products by Maxim and ET2 online, everyone can help in the efforts to save lives and rebuild the devastated island of Haiti."
LightingCatalog.com will also donate a percentage of online lighting fixture purchases made during that same period to help the people of Haiti. Proceeds will go to the Red Cross.
"Since the earthquake, countless victims remain homeless and in need of medical care and basic supplies," said Chief Operating Officer Michael Fox. "Our customers will appreciate knowing that a portion of their lighting purchase is going for this very worthy cause."
